With tours offered year-round, the birds of Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole are very underrated since much of the attention goes to the larger mammals of the region. Going unnoticed by most visitors are such beautiful birds as Western Tanagers, Mountain Bluebirds, and Calliope Hummingbirds, among others. Likewise, Yellowstone National Park holds outstanding birding potential as well, with reliable sightings such as Harlequin Ducks, Trumpeter Swans, Common Loons, and much more.
